  • Heroes Challenge returns in 2026 with three races hosted by the Dothan Fire Department and Police Department throughout the year.   • Ayers Campus now serves nearly 1,400 students in credit, non-credit and workforce programs + it invested over $50 million to expand training and enrollment as part of its community mission.  Dothan Eagle
  • Governor Kay Ivey highlighted a Dothan family's success with the CHOOSE Act on Wednesday as the Tran family used the program to fund schooling for their daughters at Northside Methodist Academy.
