  • A free family event inspired by Holi will take place Saturday, April 4 in Dothan at Taj Restaurant & Bar, 2920 Ross Clark Circle. The festival will offer a spicy chicken wings contest with a $500 prize, an Easter egg hunt, color throwing, face painting, live music and food vendors.  Wiregrass Daily News
  • A local farm in Slocomb is donating hay bales grown on its 400-acre property to help wildfire-affected ranchers in Texas, Oklahoma, and Kansas. It is seeking volunteer truck drivers (transport costs can reach $2,000 to $3,000 per load) to assist with deliveries.  WTVY

  • Local graduate Nash Carr brings his nationally touring NashCar Show back to his home turf in the Wiregrass.
