- ➤ Geneva pastor Steve Skidmore was honored as this month’s Silent Hero of the Wiregrass for leading worship and lending a hand at the food bank & clothing ministry, rallying volunteers to repair tornado damage and support neighbors in need. WTVY
- ➤ Annette Hilliard, raising great and great-great-grandchildren with her daughter, attended a SARCOA event in Dothan that offered legal, financial, food and drug prevention help. The gathering gave local grandparents a chance to learn about essential community resources. WTVY

- ➤ Dothan veterans can join a confidential online Veteran Peer Support Group led by peers to share experiences + access mental health support. The group meets every Wednesday from 6 to 7 p.m. to help ease the transition to civilian life. Wiregrass Daily News
- ➤ LifeSouth Community Blood Centers is offering a $25 eGift card and free umbrella to every donor who gives blood from now through April 4. Volunteers can visit a local blood drive to help support patients in need of blood (remember to bring a valid photo ID). Wiregrass Daily News

- ➤ American Elite Athletics is a youth sports travel league founded in Dothan that is giving back to the Wiregrass by offering travel and competition opportunities for local athletes & families. WTVY
- ➤ Senior gymnast Kaylee Beth Walker of Houston Academy overcame a serious ankle injury and surgery in her sophomore year to lead her team as captain. This weekend, she will compete at the state meet — a big step in her long journey back to strength. WTVY
