Houston County 911 dispatched Ashford Rescue, Columbia Rescue, Houston County Sheriff Deputies and Kinsey Police Department to a group home at 10472 East Highway 52 in Webb where a resident cut another's throat—officials said the injury was upgraded to serious and a suspect was detained while EMS and Dothan Fire transported the injured to Southeast Health.
