- ➤ Dothan Police responded to a 911 call at 12:06 a.m. on Sunday for multiple gunshots near Crazy Monkey Bar and found a victim with a torso wound who was taken to Southeast Health — officers later issued a BOLO after two vehicles fled the scene at high speed. Wiregrass Daily News

- ➤ Troy University’s Dothan campus hosted its first Cybersecurity Symposium this week to honor the late Congressman Terry Everett and his wife Barbara Everett, drawing law enforcement, district attorneys, cybersecurity professionals and students to discuss local cyber threats and protective strategies. The symposium will become an annual event to grow community awareness of cybersecurity challenges. Wiregrass Daily News
