- ➤ Alabamians can now send a text message to 911 in an emergency thanks to a Text to 911 service approved by the Alabama 911 Board—designed to help when speaking is difficult. - ➤ Filings in the 20th Judicial Circuit on May 23 listed various civil, criminal, small claims and traffic cases in Houston and Henry counties, with matters ranging from contract disputes to account collections.
