- ➤ Dr. Arne Y. Foss, a respected physician in Dothan, passed away on July 19th after a long career marked by compassion and humor—he left behind a large family and many friends. - ➤ Dothan Police are asking for help to find 52-year-old Lee Reaves Jr — he was last seen on July 16 in the 1100 block of Ross Clark Circle after leaving Southeast Health Medical Center and he is known to sometimes walk in the middle of roads because of his schizophrenia. WTVY
- ➤ A Dothan man faces manslaughter charges after a 70-year-old man was found dead in poor living conditions with signs of neglect at a residence in the 700 block of Shirley Street on Monday—local police arrested 59-year-old caretaker Willie Sam Wymes, who was booked into Houston County Jail after his conflicting statements raised concerns over his care. - ➤ Viral comedy star Chelcie Lynn will bring her Loose Lips Tour featuring her character Trailer Trash Tammy to the Dothan Opera House on December 11. The 35-city tour will start on September 24 in Cary and will end in Atlanta on December 14 — tickets will go on sale Friday, July 25. Wiregrass Daily News
