- ➤ Authorities arrested 65-year-old Billy Mooney in Houston County on Tuesday — an investigation by the Internet Crimes Against Children unit traced claims of child pornography distributed on social media to his Pitts Drive residence, leading to his arrest and the seizure of electronic devices. - ➤ The Houston County Sheriff’s Office warned residents that a phone scam is targeting them with calls that pretend to be from ICSolutions—the inmate phone service provider for the county jail—in which callers ask for money via debit or credit cards and personal details, and said no official ever calls for such information, urging anyone unsure to hang up and call ICSolutions directly.
