  • Wiregrass Hope Group is hosting the DadFest conference—designed to help fathers become spiritual leaders and offer practical solutions to everyday challenges—for local dads. More details about when and where the conference will take place are expected soon.  WTVY
  • Landmark Park will host its annual Low Country Boil fundraiser on Oct. 23 at 6 p.m.—the event will feature a 60-gallon kettle with shrimp, sausage, corn, potatoes and spices, with tickets at $60 per person, $600 for a reserved table of eight and $5 for children’s plates to support the nonprofit preserving Wiregrass heritage.  Wiregrass Daily News

  • Today, Chris Warren, director of the Dothan Houston County Library System, discussed the latest Chapter Chat on News4 This Morning about March: Book One, a graphic narrative that shares the life of civil rights icon John Lewis.
