SPORTS NEWS
- ➤ AHSAA officials have dropped from 328 in 2019 to 246 today, causing about two to three high school football games to be moved weekly — and Kevin Hawkins said social media threats have made officials less interested in calling games. The association is exploring new pay and protection measures with the NFL to help reverse the trend. WTVY
