  • Sonic on Ross Clark Circle in Dothan will host its 3rd annual trunk-or-treat event this weekend. Elizabeth Lane and Lee provided details on family-friendly activities—highlighting local traditions for attendees.  WTVY
  • Pinewood and Lego Derby gives families a fun do-it-yourself project at home—inviting parents to guide kids in building creative models—and offers a hands-on way to work together.  WTVY
  • Wiregrass Pets opened its new adoption center with a food drive to help local families and pets. Rachel Smith and Casey Green explained that the center is designed to support community animal care efforts — they also introduced a friendly pet to welcome visitors.  WTVY
  • A special Olympian is selling self-made calendars at the Doug Tew Therapeutic Recreation Center for $10 each to support programs for children and adults with intellectual disabilities.   • Four local players have been nominated for the News4 Friday Night Football Week 7 Player of the Week—Braylin Jackson, AJ Alexander, Walker Turner and Ethan Simmons.
