  • Millions in Dothan who rely on SNAP may soon lose their benefits as the government shutdown continues and rising food prices add to household burdens + local food banks are preparing to help residents who will face harder choices at the grocery store.  WTVY
  • The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services lifted ambulance claims holds, giving relief to EMS providers who depend on Medicare for about 60% of their income. CMS processed and paid claims for services on or after October 1 (EMS leaders said the change helps maintain timely emergency responses and steady operations).  WTVY
