  • Kitty Kottage Dothan saves cats and kittens from high-kill shelters to give them another chance at life—staff care for about 100 cats every day. The nonprofit asks pet owners to spay and neuter their pets to help control the cat population.  WTVY
  • Kenneth Wayne Joyner died on October 28 at age 85 in Dothan — he served in the Air Force, the Dothan Police Department and the Housing Authority, coached sports and started the Bicycle Rodeo at the Farm Center.
