- ➤ On Saturday, Kinsey Police, Kinsey Volunteer Fire and Houston County Sheriff Donald Valenza hosted a BBQ fundraiser in Kinsey for Deputy Rob Johnson, who is battling malignant sarcoma of the leg and faces a $700 co-pay for his medication. The groups raised $6,004 and presented him with a signed banner and letter at Southeast Health—his Lieutenant James Lee and wife Monica supported him during his hospital stay. Rickey Stokes News
