- ➤ A Taylor Swift tribute show called Almost Taylor is coming to the historic Dothan Opera House (downtown) on Saturday, Jan. 10 to offer a high-energy night of music and fan-favorite hits for all ages. Wiregrass Daily News
HEALTH NEWS
- ➤ Drivers can now show support for mental health awareness with the new Mental Health Matters specialty plate available statewide. The plate funds education and outreach by the Alabama Department of Mental Health and can be obtained at local probate offices and online registration — a move to boost mental health resources. - ➤ Slocomb Fire-Rescue received a Rural Provider Equipment Grant from the Alabama Council of EMS — with support from the Southeast Alabama EMS Council — to buy two mechanical CPR devices and two transport ventilators that will enhance emergency care in the community. Wiregrass Daily News
